1. My wfie was on J-2, now she is on H-4. She has no other status. I prepare her I-485 document as follows:
(1) her cover letter or index of my wife's I485 adjustment status
(2) I485 with Fee, include FP's
(3) G-325A
(4) all her I-94
(5) Marriage certification
(6) Birth certification
(7) copy of all pages of passport including visa and blank pages
(8) Medical Report
(9) I-765 with fee
(10) 4xphotos
Any items are missed or over offered?
In addiiton, does she need include my IAP-66 form and approval notice of my J-1 waiver because she is dependent?
2. All my wife's form, I485, I765 etc, are signed by herself or by me? If signed by me, does she need include G-28?
To Jaxen: Do you mean I need copy all pages of our passport including blank pages?
To Susrus: Can my wife apply H-1 if her EAD is invalid. whether it will affect our GC? By the way, does she need change address if she work at another state?
