has anyone in this forum, got a 7th yr ext, got a visa at the DOS(dept of state) and travelled abroad on h1 visa and came back...any visa issues?

Yes, I traveled on 7th year visa from DOS

I had no problems getting my visa validated at DOS with a 7th year H1B visa extension. No problems at border on arrival back in U.S. after vacation.

So Isabella,
You got your 7th year extension and then went outside US and you did not have your passport stamped and you are saying that you did not have any problems coming back to US?

Where did you get your passport stamped?

I had no problems getting my visa validated at DOS ...
