Texas Consolidated I140 Scanner

surprising

Surprised to see that people with RD of 05/03 & 6/03 are getting aprrovals while there are a whole bunch of cases with dates around feb and March with no approvals yet....

Saw the scanned excel file....There are about 33 I40's filed on 3/11 and 2 on 3/26 and 3/31 still not approved...(src03-110xxxx).

I scanned for applications for src03-111XXXXX and found only 3 cases so far. ( scanned for the first 250 500250-500750)...

need some help with scan

I scanned the SRC numbers of 04087 from 52800 - 52850 the first time. and our I140 was the only one that showed up. So, i tried a larger range from 52700 - 52900, then i got some warning and since then my SRC number does not show up in the scan. I have tried again several times with smaller ranges which should have my number in it, but it does not seem to work. Can you tell me what could be the problem? Thanks
 
Jdr,

You can only scan 200 or 250 numbers per day. If you go over that limit you'll be locked out of uscis website for the next 36 hours.

dates from src number

Hi all,
Sorry for my ignorant question. but how do u get the date from the src number? i can see that the 1st two digits are the year, but from the next 3 digits like, 087, what do u deduct?

Please clarify for me.

SRC numbers

The next 3 numbers after the two year digit is the number of working day in the year starting from October onwards. For example in a year, there will be about 240 working days so the numbers go like this :

October 1' 2003 - 001 ( provided it is not a weekend)
October 4' 2003 - 004 ( since 2 days went in the weekend in 2003).

Sept 30' 2004 - 240

and so on.

(I may be wrong in the number of working days in a year though)

No activity on Mondays

I think they are updating approvals on every night it seems.We may see some approvals tomorrow.
 
Anyone scanning ???

My scans are off due to USCIS limit. Not able to scan for past 2 days now. Is anyone else scanning for dates in SEptember cause I see two guys who were approved / RFEd in September so I believe TSC is working on sept. cases.

BTW, do u remember the RDs for these 2 cases in Sept. which were apprved/RFEed ? My Caseno. is is SRC032405**** .Just curious if they were close enough ...!

I hope they are processing sept 2003. But if you see the scan results every month/day has cases of approved , received and RFEed. We can get an idea if more posted about their cases.

Any other scan results

I ran one now for 03-201, which I think should be about the middle of July. For the first 200 numbers, only this one was approved.

BTW - the 11/4 date confuses me. Does it mean that this got approved or filed on 11/4.

Mine is Sept 8th 2003, EB2 concurrent, no news.

Has someone scanned for this date already ? Any info. on this is greatly appreciated.

Thanks gclongdream. I think that if others (especially jul-aug 03 filers) do the scans (follow this and other threads for scan instructions), we could get some idea as to what TX has been doing this month. I think we should respect the initiator of this thread and post only if we have results to report or something that would be of benefit to others, rather than simply posting non-progress of one's case, which don't elicit any response anyway.

Add new data into this file for ND 10/16/03
I140 and I485 from SRC0401250001 to SRC0401253000

Today, I re-scanned all cases in this excel file. So all data in this file is update to 9/10/2004. I re-group these daily spread sheets by month, in this way, I think it is easier to see a whole picture and easier to re-scan. (The 10/10/2004 should be 9/10/2004)

If you want, please scan more dates on I-140 and I-485, and update this thread with the new scanned data.

Add a new macro "I140I485Scan", will scan both I140 and I485 at the same time.

Add a new column "Scanned On" showing the scan date.

Add a stop message: when two consecutive "your IP address was locked out" or "Access Denied" occured, program will stop and a message popup showing the stop position.

Add shortcut keys to run these macros:

Ctrl+Z -> I140I485Scan
Ctrl+Shift+Z -> I485Scan
Ctrl+M -> I140Scan
