Texas Consolidated I140 Scanner

Just looked at the scanner. It seems that they have started working on Oct/03 cases.. Seems like TSC is really trying to reduce the backlog. 3 cheers to TSC.. Hope we will get our chance under the sun soon.
 
Rescanned today, it is my last update for this scanner.

EAD to SSn

hello friends,
Just wanted to know how long it would take to get SSN for spouse if EAD approved..my wife has got a good offer thru a friend and waiting for ead approval. Just read in another thread that it takes months to get SSN. Any updates or anyone who got SSn for spouse after EAD approval? how long did it take. Your answer would really help her to decide to take the offer or not.

It took 5 weeks to get SSN at Mississippi.Infact we didnt recieve SSN
card even after 60days.we just got number in white paper after 5 weeks when we went to local office again to inquire about delay.
It all depends whether ur spouse ead has been updated in SAVE system
of USCIS.Other wise SSA will send paper document to USCIS to authenticate and again you are in USCIS hands.
