texas centre h1 transfer

hi all,
is it true that when you do h1 transfer from texas centre, you don't need to submit recent pay stubs? please lemme know. thanks
 
I don't know TSC does not ask paystub. Paystub is to prove you were in status and if they suspect your recent status, they'll issue RFE anyway, therefore you may need it.
