TD visa...pending GC consular interview

My husband received his TN last month. We are in the final stages of a family based petition, just waiting for the interview date notice from NVC/Montreal. Our case was completed Jan 2008.

Will I have any difficulty obtaining a TD visa (I am the primary on the petition)? Will they know that we have a pending petition? Should I disclose it?

If your husband got a TN under these circumstances (since he has a pending GC interview just like you do), then you should have no problem getting TD at the border.

I would not volunteer any information but hubby's TN and marriage license.

I read somewhere that there is a nominal fee for TD visas. Would anyone happen to know how much it is?
