TD status when TN Principal applicant change employer in the US

I am in the US under valid TN Status. I am now changing employer and filing a new I129. Upon approval of the new petition, do my spouse need to extend her TD status too? Her I94 is valid for 2 more years and we do not need to travel. She will still maintain status if she does not file a I539? Please help.
 
She remains in TD status (because you are maintaining your TN), with original expiry date. She does not need to change her I-94 until much closer to expiry date.
