TD(non-Canadian) spouse work authorization

I couldn't find this info online, can a TD spouse apply for EAD if the significant other gets an approved i-140 (while on TN)? The USCIS website seems to indicate EAD application for H4 spouse (h1b spouse) but is there a similar thing for TD also? If not, say I get i-140 approved while on TN, is there any way for my spouse to get EAD? Thanks

TD can only apply for EAD after submitting their own I-485, based on the spouse's I-485 application.
