TD is pending and try to apply TN after getting a job offer

I am a Canadian Citizen. My husband changed his employer and got a new TN visa in the Canada US border office. I filled Form I539 to change my previous TD visa in US after he got his TN. The case status is pending.

Now I get a job offer, I would like to apply a TN in Canada US border due to it is fast. How can I cancel the TD application case? Or I have to wait the TD case ending. I am afraid it will take a long time.
 
Was your TD still valid?; there was probably no need t o submit I-539 if your I-94 had not expired. Your TD was based on spouse have any TN, not a specific one.

You should go to border and get TN. Then simply write to office which recieved your I-539 and formally cancel it. Do not let that process continue, or you could end up back in TD status when you do not want it.
 
My I-94 based on my husband's last TN has not expired although he has already changed his TN. I will directly go to border to apply my TN. Thank you very much.
