I have been on TN visa in the U.S. since 1999. I have brought my canadian born children on TD status to the U.S. they have been in the U.S. school system since kindergarten and about to graduate this year. I am wondering if there have been any changes in the immigration laws or other departments that will allow my children to obtain work authorization upon graduation from the U.S. education system?

... and by your heading, understand that merely getting an SSN does not equate with work authorization.
They can of course queslify for their own work status, if they get a degree. But, really, after all these years have you not found an employer that would sponsor you for GC?
