No change in message after responding to RFE

Since we had responded to the RFE on 10/15/2007 (over 3 months) there is neither update in the online message nor any acknowledgement from USCIS regarding the receipt of RFE response.

I have contacted my attorney no response yet.

I recd RFE for TB Skit test.

The doctor did everything all over again.

Sent the reply on 1/23/08 via FedEx Priority Overnight delivery to

4141 St. Augustine Road
Dallas, TX 75227

They received 1/24/08.

LUD changed to

"Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed."

Hoping to get peace .. soon.
 
TB Skin test RFE 1/15 recd and sent report on 1/29

Hi

I also received RFE for TB test as my previous medical form 693 doctor forget to tick skin test reaction check box.

I completed test with normal result and my attorney sent to USCIS on 01/29 with over night delivery.

There is an LUD on my case(primary)

There is an LUD on my case(primary) . I am not sure what this is for. Does anyone with the Same Priority Dates and into Deeep Diive Re-trogression are seeing any activity.

LUD today 2.1.08 for me and my wife

The message did not change..
Still " received RFE ..."

spent long time in the tunnel... if light comes.. I will become blind ..God forbid ! :D

USCIS sent RFE on 1/19, attorney received on 1/28, respond on 2/1
No LUD about receiving RFE!!!

Does RFE mean Petition Rejected?

Hi all,

This is kavitha, i have applied for L1B individual. I got the receipt number and current status of the petition is Request for additinal evidence. But My frnd are telling that that means petition will be rejected even if you provide the additional evidence also. Can you please tell me what does it mean?
