Tax - Question - N400

I file my 2008 tax normally.

BUT...
I just recently(file in May 2009) file my 2006 and 2007 tax as a self employed.

For 2004 - I made only $340. So, I did not file at that time.
For 2005 - I made only $1400. I did not file at that time also.
(I decided to file 2004 and 2005 - file in June 2009)

I will send my N400 no later than the end of July.

Do you think it will have any problem or delay regarding my tax?
 
If you weren't requried to file due to being below income limit, then you have nothing to worry about.
