taking care of processing fee by candidate for H1??

hi,

i am right now on EAD (graduated recently from studies) in USA. I want to know whether I can tell the companies that I can take the processing fee for processing my H1, if the company hire me.

Also, how much does it cost? is it $4000/ pls. give reference, if possible, where i can visit!!

Basic fee: $130; training fee: $1000; premium processing fee (optional): $1000, Attorney fees: typically $1000.

The training fee must be (legally) paid by the employer. Other fees can be paid by employee or the emplyer. Some non-profit organizations (e.g. universities) are exempt from this training fee.
