I am a citizen of Pakistan and Canada and working on TN visa since 2004. Company has filed I-140 petition for me in EB2 couple of weeks ago. I reside in Canada and commute to work every day in Michigan.
I just reieved my H1 approval notice. My I-797 has a typo. My COB has been incorrectly mentioned as 'Canada'. (I am an Canadian citizen, though)
My COB (country of birth) is Pakistan.
I-129 petition filed clearly says country of birth Pakistan and country of citizenship Canada
Can anyone please advise me if this an issue and how to correct it.
