Switch companies on H1B, very urgent

Hello All,

I have 2 H1B approvals from company A and company B, currently I am working for B and my contract ended on 18th, they are going to revoke my H1B on 26th, can I switch to company A (my H1B is not terminated by A) should A reapply for my H1B approval, will I be in status if i start working for company A without refiling.

if H1 of A is valid then you can join A(confirm if A has not revoked H1 petition by writing to USCIS) for more info talk to company A lawyer

Thanks for the reply, I talked to the companys attorney and they said they havent revoked my H1B, theres a 4 month gap now (from the day i left to the date i am rejoining) is that ok?
