Supporting Documentation ...?

Hello. Guys

I am preparing to file the green card renewal I-90 for my parents, but when they are asking for "Supporting documentation" with the application, what does that mean? Like utility bills and driver license?

Also, is it better to e-file or thru the mail?

Any help would be greatly appreciate!

Supporting documentation should prove the changes to their names if they have changed since the cards were issued or before that.

If there are no name change occur, that means i only have to submit the application?

You might also need to submit the expired card.
