**SUMMARY** Tracking (from 07/08/2002)

Summary updated 10/24/2002.

By looking at recent most approvals (many on 10/22) I think CSC is done with cleaning up and now moved on to fresh cases (until now note that most of the approvals were very old cases, RFEs etc.). I hope atleast from now on we will see many approvals a day and CSC will pick up speed.

I got RFE for AOS on 10/24 I am in the oct 01 list, wac-02-034. Yet to receive details.

I thought September was a bad month but looks like Octor is turning out to be the worst month for approvals so far!

Mine is WAC-02-001-5xxxx. ND on 10/01/2001. FP done on March 27th this year at Oakland.

RFE for EVL, pay stubs and W2 received by INS on August 26.

AVM says 975-999 days to process and since preliminary processing complete it is taking 160 days to process this kind of application.

By the way I am planning go on vacation for app. 6 weeks starting from Nov last week (provided I get my GC by then or get AP or some thing else). It is not possible for me to update these pages during that time and if some one can take the responsibility to update these pages I will be very happy to provide all required info.

Can you update your graph on your website for the approvals. I wanted to see how bad the trend has become. It would seem that we are worse now that at anytime in the last 12-18 months.

Came back from vacation...

Back from vacation and very sad to see that there are virtually no approvals while I am gone. Was hoping to see many. In fact I was expecting that once I come back probably I will see all new people on this board, while all long time waiters left this board after their approvals.

as you can see nothing has changed. :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( Hope the new year will bring us more good news (approvals) and the INS will resume their work. Right now the backlog is being increased which is bad for us and for the people coming after us... Good luck to all.
 
PCee, yea we're still here. Gotta putup with us for a little while longer. Trust me, it ain't our choice. PCee, is there anything we can do to kick start INS?
 
Welcome back PCee. Business has been pretty much the same on the INS front. So you haven't missed much. Hope you have had a good vacation!

It seems apart from AOS, other approvals (APs and EADs) also stopped around the same time but in the last few days there are one or two AP, EAD approvals (2nd time).. Hopefully AOS approvals also start soon, and then picks up speed.
