Following off-patience instructions, 02-033 cases were
investigated.

Total cases: 342
Approved 83 (25%)
RFE sent 32 (9%)
RFE received 8 (2%)
Transferred 10 (3%)
Resumed 155 (46%)
Received 53 (15%)

Therefore, 61% cases were not touched. But from RFE cases,
we can see a speedy trend

Aug 14, sent one RFE, Sept. 13 sent two, sept. 17 sent one,
sept. 27 sent two, sept. 30 sent two, oct. 9 sent one, oct. 10
sent 6, oct. 11 sent one, oct 15, sent four, oct 23 sent seven,
and oct 24 sent five. If your cases are in 50xxx and 54xxx,
or 59xxx, you will see approval soon, but if your cases are
in between 55xxx and 58xxx, you may need to wait a while,
however, they also sent one RFE for 55xxx, and one for
56xxx.

2 RFEs on 11/07, nothing on 11/08, and 3 RFEs on 11/12

What they are doing, they have not issued an approval letter
for very very long time???????

two Apps and one RFE on 11/15.

darn! only RFEs???? Im on 02-033 as well and I hope mines not headed in the same direction too!!:(

looks like they may be sending RFEs to most AOS cases that are pending for more than 1yr. My RD was Nov 7, 2001.
