Studying while waiting for a final decision

I already have an employment authorization card and want to do a graduate program. I am an asylum applicant waiting for the judge's decision. Can I study in my situation having an EAD? Am I elegible for financial aid somehow? Thanks for your comments.

As an asylum applicant, you are not eligible for financial aid nor any student loans.

If you want to go to school, you have to pay cash or find a relative to cosign a student loan for you. Otherwise, you need to wait for a decision on your asylum case to know what to do.

You are NOT eligible for government financial aid. A school might give you fellowship assistance, depending upon your credentials.
