Hi all,
I was in US on H1 during May2001 to Dec2001, was never paid , no proper paystub. I went back to India and working., now i would like to apply for H1 visa what are my chances of getting through,, what hell am i going to see -- please help with your comments..

get a good paying sponser company ( not one before), get brand new h1 in the year 2006 quota. You will not face any problem.
