I filed I131 on 22nd Sept online.
I did not provide any photo and documents.
Today I received approved advanced parole documents with photos given at the time of FP for I485 (Aug 2007). Online still shows pending for Advance parole(I131).
Date of mailing for Advance parole is OCT1, 2009.
On advance parole date of approval is Sept 29th 2009.
On OCT 1 as well as on OCT2 I got following email for my I485 applications:
On October 1, 2009, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
On website for I131 it shows Initial Review.
Status of I485 is Document Production or Oath Ceremony.
Now I am confused that whether my GC got approved or I got message in error as they used photo from I485 file.
If this is the case it will be big KLPD.
Gurus what do you think of my situation? Is my GC approved?
