FP-05/07

Called CS and received written response that case is still in NC.

My expected time line (what I expect)
NC- complete on 30-Nov-2008(last day of deadline promised by USCIS-FBI)
2nd FP - sometime in decemeber 2008
IL-sometime in Feb 2009
ID- sometime in april 2009
The above is optimistic scenario. pessimistic - who knows when

Also I have made 2 sets of letters to be sent to
OBAMA/BIDEN/Michelle Obama(FL)
McCAIN/PALIN/cindy mccain(FL)
will send them after Inauguration date(21st Jan 2009) if not resolved till then.

On a serious note, I really hope that your NC clears by the end of November. Taking into consideration their promises, your timeline is absolutely ridiculous. If your NC is still pending after 11/30, you may want to consider suing. I wouldn't be surprised if your file was "misplaced" somewhere.

Don't wait sending your letters/complains/petitions... Act now, the sooner you start, the sooner you'll see results, IMHO.
