Still haven't received receipt

My company had mailed my H1B ext. on Nov 14 (by Airborne) and it was received by INS Vermont on Nov 15. I still haven't got my receipt notice. Is there anybody in the same boat?. Usually how many days will it take to get the receipt.
 
Anybody applied for H1B at VSC recently, update their receipt notice time?. I mean how many it took to receive receipt notice after mailing.
 
Ordinary (non premium processing)? You will be lucky if you receive the receipt notice 2 weeks before approval.
You are asking when you can expect approval?
How about 3-6 months?
