I live in Hartford CT

How do i find out the most approximate times for this ?

Also the processing times given on the website for district offices. Does it include all thse times ? i.e. Hartford takes 14 months does that mean that it will take 14 months from sending N-400 to oath ?

Thank you for taking the time to answer this

The best way is to follow the Harford thread in this forum for feedback on others on how long their applications are currently taking since the processing times on the USCIS website are useless.
