Hi! I applied for F-1 visa, but was denied. Then I filled up I-130, because I am married to USC. Now I'm filling up I-485 and I don't know what to put in the field "current USCIS status". Is it Initial Review or am I out of status? Please help.

Are you in the US?
 
I-485 is for AOS. Meaning you do have a status with USCIS and you are in the US. From your previous post it seems that you entered on a J-1. Are you still here on a J-1?
 
Thanks everybody. My J-1 expired. I applied for F-1, but was denied. I got married and sent I-130 during my 30 days after denial of F-1.
