Status Question!

I was with company A till Oct 31 2004 on H1(Never out of status), and in the meanwhile i got another offer from Company B. The Company B filed for H1 and the approval date was Oct 29th 2004. However, they did not offer me a Start date until Nov 17th 2004, whereas i had stopped working with Company A since Oct 31st 2004.

will my case be "out of status" if i go to india for Visa Stamping since i do not have paystubs from Nov 1 to Nov 15th?
