I'm on H4 Visa and 'am going through divorce and my divorce decree may be signed any time now ..as a consequence my H4 will be revoked..my H1 is approved and is valid from 10/01/04..so what will be my status uptil October if my H4 is revoked any time now..
What is the consequence of not leaving for home country and staying back until October..
The day a person is layed off from a company his/her H1 gets revoked but I know people who stayed back for 3-4 months and then got new H1 done and continued..isn't my case same as them..
If I left to the home country will I be able to get the stamping done easily or will it be difficult..
