May be you did not get the email, but, did you check your status online at USCIS.gov? If it is still in the FP recd status then it is not yours, as the scan also do the same thing, i.e. check the online status on USCIS.gov.
To make sure, you can send me an PM (private message) with your EAC #s and I will let you know if these approvals were your or not. I won't publish the numbers on the forum.

The scan is specifically for the 485 cases filed on May 18th 2004 and with starting digits of receipt number as EAC-04-169, as mentioned in the name of the thread.

I manually checeked all the MISC cases, and found 2 were actually in approved/ card ordered status. One on 1/14/2005 and other on 4/19/2005. So these are the latest stats:

I-140 Denied, due to edu eval Feb 2005
I-290 RD & ND March 2005
Opened I-140 & I485 on MTR/Appeal
I-140 Approved June 2005
F5 ND July 2005
I-485 waiting ????????

I-485 case is not opened till now and no Finger Prints ?????????

Mr Erics please tell me do you have any info, how long takes for open file and gets FP of Spouse
also my final quot...... is do we need file for Spouse I-290 B or else do they open after primary applicant
or else do we need to call USCIS 1-800..... cust sevice

what about your case and spouse case please give me details if U don't mine
