Mine ND is same

my ND is same as yours but mine is EB2 case.. did FP on 3/11/2005 FP received LUD on 3/17 no LUD after that.. my 140 got approved on 4/19.. any estimate when i can expact 485 approval

Sorry I am not very good at predicting approvals but from your FP recd date, it looks like your approval should come within 2 more weeks.
 
Hi rohilr,
My date is 2 days after yours, EB2 also and PD is March 2002. FP date was March 04, 2005.
Looks like you have two LUDs before the message change. Did youjust FP or give biometrics?
Still not seeing many approvals from May 2004, but the number of cases on both these days is large.

how did you scan these results?

I-485:ND:05/18/04(VSC)
Fp: done (04/07/05), LUD:04/18/05(Message change), 04/19/05.
 
I scanned the whole range now
Total Cases=525
Received = 105
RFE sent = 10
RFE recvd = 8
Resumed/FP recvd = 203
Misc = 16
Transferred = 137
Approved/Completed = 44
Withdrawn = 2
 
This shows that the dates that they posted in the website, which is June3,2004 doesnot make any sense. Same is the case with May 20 but I dont have the latest scanned result list. There should be somethig different happening for first part of 2004 otherwise.

Sorry I can't scan for you, but I can help you scan the cases. Read the post #8 above and then the post #8 of the mentioned thread. Let me know if you are still not able to scan and I will help you to get the scan working.

Previous status FP Recd on 4/12/2005 (all 3).
 
The numbers indicate that there is no good progress for cases filed in May 2004. Must be an unlucky month, I see a lot of approvals from June 2004 till as latest as Nov, Dec 2004. Now the official processing date also has passed to June 03 2004, so god only knows when we all get approved.
Any idea??

Hello Eric,

Thanks for the scans,very helpful. Can you please tell me if the last scan you did yesterday , was based on your dates only ,or is it a general report of activity on that day.

I ask because I see you posted that two cases with FP rec on 4/9/05 were approved/ My case is similar. I did not get any emails but wondering if it is me and wife.
