Status of H4, if H1B is transferred

My husband is transferring his H1B to another company. Currently I am on H4. Do we need to file for transfer of H4 alongwith H1B?

Please help.

H4 transfer not needed. but many file H4 with H1Transfer so that both get the I-94 expiry of same date( many forget to file H4 extensions before H4 I-94 gets expired). you can file H4 with your spouse H1 transfer in the same envelope.
or dont file H4 at this time if your H4 based I-94 is valid and file H4 Extension Before I-94 gets expired.

My husband is on H1B extension now and I also have the extension and new I-94 valid till 2008.
