Stamp on PP while traveling on AP

I have traveled using AP. While entering, the officer did not give me I-94 and did not stamp in PP or AP. Is it normal? Please advice. Thanks, jn

You should have filled up a I94. Officer does not give a I94. Take the stamped AP to the nearest INS office which can give you a fresh I94 and fix the problem.
 
But he did not even stamp in my AP.

This is strange. He did not even stamp in my AP. Am I in trouble?
