Their seems to be the oldest cases waiting for adjustment on this forum.

I do not know their SRC numbers.

I doubt if this is the oldest case..b'coz I have seen a few posts in this forum on last month where the date was on 2000. But I do not know if they got approved after that..

Is there any consolidated Excel file available ??
If not can somebody do this please and distribute.

Please do not replace the SRC number with **. it does not make sense !! because then it is not usable.

I am tracking SRC 01 281 , 280 & 279.

Please lets get all the data organised.

Any suggestions ?

The cases filed in late march early april 2001 out of 400 ---28 are 485cases. Out of that
12 approved
5 transferred
3 received
3 mailed direct
2 undeliverable
2 unknown
 
How about sharing the workload?

Vkalya how about you taking 1 day in April and running the excel sheet macro and posting the results here? Sounds like a plan? This way everyone shares the workload and not a few people end up doing ntohing but running this the whole day. BTW do you know how much work does it take to post the entire results for April? Each day has about 5000-6000 cases and of this 300-500 I-485 cases. Takes a week to run the stats for 1 day. Do the math and you will know what I am talking about for a whole month. Hope to see your contribution also. More people start helping in the data collection project sooner we can get this done. Thanks for your cooperation.
 
Honestly I don't know how this works but I saw more posting for 485 filed in 2002. I asked in the interest of 485 filers in 2001 particularly who got caught in the apr-may 2001 mail room mess. So, don't get upset. I think people from 2001 have no reports from BCIS and we don't have a clue about what is going on. If you can help, will appreciate. Thanks.

Nobody is upset. Running the excel macro is very easy. If you will look at earlier posts by Dinnu, vili, goastros in other threads you will see it is very simple and straight forward. We need more volunteers for the data consolidation project. You can pick 1 day in 2001 and run the macro. This will help us all.

vettipuls is right. I am attaching the macro for you. All you have to do is open the attachement, press Alt+F8 to run the macro and enter the range you want to check. For example the enter 01-216 for the first range and enter 5xxxx - 5xxxx for the second one.
