Spouse won't sign the GC application

Hello everyone, I came here to ask you guys for an advice. I came to the states on f-1 visa, recently me and my wife got married and we had our little girl . I stopped going to a school because of the baby and now she is saying that she won't fill and sign the green card application plus she talks about the divorce. I need to know If I have any options now. What she is doing is beyond. What can I do to stay here in order to be here for my little girl . I live in NYC btw. Thanks in advanced.
 
Unless there is documented sustained abuse involved, you have no avenue to a green card based on this failed marriage.

What about any type of work permit or something ? Or is it like a total dead end for me and my wife has the to be or not to be for me here power ?

You're already out of status as it is, you made a big mistake when you dropped out of school without filing for a GC after you got married. You're not eligible for anything. You have no basis for a work permit. The only way forward for you in this case is through your wife filing for you.
 
Thanks for the answer, now if she decided to file for me with me out of status I'd still be eligible for a green card right ?
