Spouse\'s Finger Print Notice

Hi All:

I have a question concerning my wife\'s Finger Printing. I am from SFO. Last month (Feb) I applied my wife\'s 485 application as a follow-on case. I got my finger prints done last week (March 8). Now my question is: Is it possible to get a Finger Print notice for my wife by going to the San Francisco INS office personally and request for the notice for my wife so that I can be sure that my 485 application and my wife\'s application can caught up with each other? Or should I just wait for INS to issue a FP notice at their own convenience? Please advice. Any help would be appreciated.

Call INS to schedule the FP.

Just by doing FP at the local office will not ensure that the files are joined. FP is scheduled nationally and without a FP notice they might not do it.

So call INS and request the IIO to put the files together (i.e. crossreferenced) and line up your wife\'s case for FP.
