As a spouse of tN, you are allowed entery into US under TD Visa. You need to make an appointment at US consulate in your country (you might be able to do this in Canada) and get a VISA stamp. You need a copy of his I-94 in TN status, and your marriage license.
You will then enter US, and be given an I-94 with TD status, expiring the same date as his TN.
If you are already in another legal status in US, then you can submit an I-539 to USCIS and get TD status by mail, without visa stamp. If you leave US however, you will need to get consular stamping before returning to US.

i had the same situation as you and your husband. i came to US under TN visa. my wife is from netherland and she got her visa through US embassy in Amsterdam. it was a simple process except the cost of travel 
anyway, i gave her the following documents to take with her to the embassy.
copy of my I-94
copy of the approval notice from USCIS (i had already renewed my visa through USCIS)
copy of my tax return and w-2 form
employment letter from my employer
copy of my passport
she got her visa in 2 days. now tell me this, did your husband file for your Canadian PR while being out of Canada?

im in Pakistan..my husband is a canadain citizen and has got TN work permit for USA...he has applied for my canadian imigration from USA..
it is possible tht i request the US consulate in Islamabad,Pakistan to issue me a TD visa??i need to mail them a letter requesting for it or is there anyother way tht i contact them for this TD visa??

You will be able to get a TD visa from the Islamabad consulate. Ask your husband to send the papers for your TD visa and schedule an appointment in the consulate.
