I could like to file my I485 based on my spouse who already filed I40 & I485 concurrently. How can I include my I485 with my spouse file? Can any one please post the procedure involved. Can I file myself or do I have to use attorney. What are the documents and forms required? In my spouse I 485 at the time of filing in part 3 B (list your present husband/wife and all your sons and daughters) in my name under applying with you it was marked as no. Will this cause a problem?

U better look for an experienced attorney. U can file, but u need a receipt of ur spouse 485 filing. Then u can see an attorney with other relevent papers, that should not be a problem at all. But it will be difficult to do it just by yourself without the notice of your spouse.
U can also download the form from USCIS website, and that will let you know what are the papers u need and what are the fees etc. Please note, u need to be in the USA inorder to file 485.

A derivative I-485 filing rarely needs an attorney, especially if he has the I-485 receipt of the spouse, or the case number.
