Spouse GC application

I am the primary asylee and am about to apply for GC. My wife is on H1B (3 years on it). Is she eligible to apply for GC at the same time as I am applying or do we need to wait on her derivative asylum first.

She needs to get derivative asylum status first and then spend one year in her new status before applying for her green card.
