Spouse 485

I filed my wife's 485 recently (Dec'2004). My 485 was filed Mar' 2004 and I completed finger printing on Nov' 2004. My question is, will my 485 approval get delayed because I recently filed my wife's 485?:confused: I appreciate your suggestions. :eek:

there is nothing to explain here my friend...ur case and ur wife's case will be adjudicated seperately although her 485 is dependent on urs..

Spouse's 485 filed seperately

I see that some of you are in the same boat as I am. I filed my wife's 485 after she came to US on H4 in Aug 2004. She completed her FP in Jan 2005. My 485 was approved in Dec 2004 and I got my card in Jan 2005.

Can you guys please let me know what is the status of your spouse's 485? Approved? Still waiting? FP completed?

What dates do they go by for spouse's approval? My PD or something different? Any guesses on approximately how long it might take for the approval?

I & my wife applied 485 together. My case was approved and card received. She is yet to get her FP notice.

So i guess it does not depend.
