sponsoring parents on tn visa

iam on Tn visa n my wife is on TD visa. can i sponsor my in laws or parents to US , boz my wife is expecting now. if yes plz send me the procedure to file visiting visa for them.
any information is highly appriciated. thank u
 
It's almost sounds like he's asking since his wife is expecting and having a kid if he can sponsor his parents since his kid is born in the US. Otherwise, I'm at a loss to see why he even bothered to tell us his wife was expecting if it's only a TN status question?

If that's the case, then you child would have to be a USC at the age of 18 to sponsor you, and not even sure they can sponsor grandparents either...
 
if your inlaws are non canadian then do following to get B-2(visit) visa

Send the following docs:

- Invitation letter
- letter from doctor that confirm your wife preganancy(or pregancy report)
- Form I-134
- Proof of your present status in the US
- Copy of your passport
- Employment verification letter
- Copies of your pay stub

also see your in laws country's US embassy/consulate website ...
