Sponsoring of Brother / quick questions

My brother is US citizen and can sponsor me for GC.
Yes, I know that the waiting time is currently around 9 years.
My questions are:
(1) to start the process, do we just file I-130, or do we need to file now anyadditional form ?
(2) the I-864 affidavit of support, do we file it now -- or in 9 years ?
(3) the medical examination / vaccinations -- do we do them now, or in 9 years ?

You just file the I-130 now nothing else.
All your brother needs to file this is a copy of your BC, his BC and proof of his USC.

If you have the same mother and father or just the same mother, then birth certificates are enough, If you share the same father and different mothers or there is a step or adoptive relationship the paperwork varies.
