Sponsoring my sister

I hope you guys can give me some advice.

I just got my citizenship and i'm thinking of sponsoring my parents and sister (unmarried over the age of 21) to the states. My question is will it be faster for me to sponsor my sister or wait till my parents get their green card to sponsor my sister?

Green card holders sponsoring unmarried sons/daughters can take 8+ years of waiting (and remaining unmarried all that time!). This is family preference category F2B.
Citizens sponsoring brother/sister can take 10+ years (they can be unmarried or married). This is family preference category F4.

I would advise that you initiate both sponsorships. So that if one category is rendered null and void for circumstances beyond control in the future, there is a second avenue open.

My question is will it be faster for me to sponsor my sister or wait till my parents get their green card to sponsor my sister?
