Sponsor in LA, wife in FL can I file change of venue motion?

hello,

i was bailed out by a friend. who is now my sponsor and lives in louisiana. i got married in florida and that's where my wife lives.

i want to live with my wife. can i file change of venue motion to transfer case to florida?

does my sponsor living in louisiana affect me in any way, especially when it comes to residence and court location?

change of venue motion? is that an "immigration" matter? if not, you are posting in the wrong place.

as far as the sponsor, it does not matter if you two live in the same state or not.
 
i didnt know where to post this. but changing where my court is is part of my AOS case. where should this be?

i was charged with overstay only
