Son (US Citizen) born 28 weeks was in NICU for 50 days, Parents can get H1b stamping for Son health?

Dear Sir/ Madam

Help needed to get re-entry Permit (for H1b visa candidates) to USA for son's health(Who born 28 weeks and under weight, was in NICU for 50 days, We had 1 month disability aid from US Government).

Parents are working in H1b. If visit India, no guarantee of H1b stamping.

Please, let me know,
Before visiting USA can i get re-netry Permit to USA for son's health from USCIS Immigration at USA.
In India, we belongs to a village there is no medical facility such as USA for my 28 weeks born son (US Citizen).

Please, help/give me direction how to approach to get re-rentry permit by stating medical facility need for my son (US Citizen) in USA.

Re-entry permits are only issued to green card holders, not H1b visa holders.

Are you (the parents) and the sick child currently in India? If not, why do you plan to travel to India when your child is sick?
