Son of LPR got Tourist Visa Rejected.

Hi Guys, just wondering what should i do next.
Im a Single male over 21 living in Mexico.
Both my parents are Legal P Residents and
sponsored me for LR, and got my i-130 approved (i-797 letter on the mail).

I have 2 jobs here been in one for 4 years, and the other one
for about a year. I wanted to spend the holidays in the USA with them
so I applied for a tourist visa.
It was denied because of my parents being Residents and living There,
I knew that already of course, but i just wanted to spend 2 weeks over there,
I wouldn't risk losing my Residency for overstaying on a Tourist Visa.
So now the question is,

Is there any way I could get a permit or something to go for 2 weeks??

Hope I get some encouraging answers =)

thanks for your time.

That permit would be a visit visa. Seeing your age, single status, citizenship and the fact that you have an I-130 in process, it would be nearly impossible for you to be issued a visit visa.

Is there any way I could get a permit or something to go for 2 weeks??

I am an American born citizen of the united states of America
and
they rejected my wife's application for tourist visa the first second of the interview.
Only because she was married to a u.s.a. Citizen.
So i would be very diligent in gathering information before your quest for a tourist visa.
The immigration site is not very informative about these things at all.
BEST TO GET AN ATTORNEY FIRST.
