Someone please provide list of INS doctors in Irving, Texas

Someone please provide me contact Nos/info about INS approved doctors in /around Irving, Texas area where I can get my medical examination done.
The list on the websites seem to be very old.... I contacted the doctors in Irving (2 of them)whose names were mentioned in the INS list.... One is no longer a designated doctor and the other medical centre does not even exist anymore....
