Hi thank you for this great Forum, what do people do without it?
Anyways I have some random questions, I go to University and met another immigrant student that told me the following things and I was wondering if they are true.
Is it true that 10% of people filling I-751 have an Interview, because I thought it was based on the Information you send in?
Is it true that the government made it legal to listen to all immigrants phonecalls and do that to all of them?

Statistics do show that around 10% (if not a little less than that) of joint I-751 applicants are called in for an interview.

So is it just randomly picked then to make up 10%?
And the Patriot act just says they can listen to suspicious people, but I thought they automatically listen to everybody (no more privacy)?
