my mom became a resident two years ago and she sent one I-130 requesting me I received the reponse with an approval notice. i got married with a us citizen if we apply to the green card thru marriage is there going to be any problems since i already have a case with uscis or is going to be faster?
if we do it thru marriage how long will take the process?
how much is going to be the visit to the doctor.?

since you got married before your mom became a citizen, her petition was revoked. Go ahead and apply for a GC through your USC spouse.

You'll have to ask the civil surgeons how much they charge for their exam.

exam depends on what you need. I didnt need any vacinations so it was $100. I think with all vacinations its around $300. It will be alot faster thru your wife so I would file thru her.

here is a link to find a civil surgeon..try calling different doc's offices and try to find the best deal..the doctors visit plus test for TB, Syphillis , HIV and his charge to fill the form will be $150 .. if you want to save money dont get the vaccines from him, just get a note from him what vaccines you require, go to the local health dept in your city and get them done for $10 per vaccine..
