Some concerns about Green Card

Hi, I will keep this as short and simple as possible.

2023, I (US citzen) married a South Korean citizen, in South Korea. In spring 2024 my spouse obtained an f1 visa after applying for one while in South Korea. Early Summer 2024 he entered the United States .

Right now , my spouse is in AOS after applying for the green card. We got it within 72 hours of mailing the paper. We have a joint sponsor because I was living and working in Korea and had no US income.

Is there going to be an issue due to being married before obtaining an f1? Would having a joint sponsor hurt our case in any way?

Did your spouse misrepresent anything on the visa form, during the interview or at entry, either about intent or about the fact the he was married to a US citizen? (The visa form does ask nationality of spouse)

My spouse disclosed that he was married to a US Citizen and nobody said anything about it. Both on the forum and in the interview.

So what is your concern about being married before the F1?
I’ve only seen threads online about being married after obtaining f1, and I don’t want our application being denied on those grounds. Im already worried about the joint sponsor hurting our case

I dont understand why you are concerned about these issues. If there was no misrepresentation in the F1 visa application and if the joint sponsor meets the requirements, there should be no issues.
