Sister is a green card holder - how long until she can sponser?

Hello,

My sister is married to an American and she received her Green card about 6 months ago. Currently I am on a student visa and would like to stay after graduation.
Can she sponsor me on Green card status or only after she becomes a citizen? And, how long will the process take, will I be able to get my green card before graduation? (in 2 years).

I really would like to start working here and I really need to find a way of doing it ASAP.

Only a USC can sponsor a sibling and then it will take 10 to 12 years (or longer for some countries (up to 30 years)). Get a good education and seek an employer who is willing to file on your behalf.
