Signature on oath letter

I assume this has to be the "full" signature we did on the N400, right? Not the scribble we sign checks with, right?

Also, where do we state the "place signed"? Home address or in court?

Do we sign it at court or in advance at home?

Regular signature is fine. City in where you signed the document is "place signed".

Yes, like if you signed it in Milford and your oath is in Cincinnati, you would list Milford as place signed.
